Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tellajob, operated by Livora Ventures Inc., collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information through https://tellajob.com and related services that link to this policy. It also explains your choices and how to request access, correction or deletion.
Who we are and how to contact us
Tellajob is operated by Livora Ventures Inc. Our website is https://tellajob.com. Email support@tellajob.com for privacy questions, requests or complaints.
This policy describes Tellajob’s processing. Providers such as payment, identity-verification and login services also publish notices for their own processing. A privacy notice is not a substitute for a separate permission or consent when one is required.
Information we collect
Account and profile information can include your name, email address, phone number, login identifiers, display name, profile photo, biography, skills, account role and preferences.
Job and transaction information can include descriptions, addresses, budgets, offers, availability, booking and completion status, reviews, payments, refunds and dispute records. Communications can include messages, support requests, reports, photos and supporting evidence.
Technical information can include IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request and error logs, session identifiers, interactions and security signals. Identity checks, professional credentials, location permissions and AI-assisted features involve the additional information described below.
Pro applications and launch communications
When you submit a Pro application, we collect your name, email address and mobile number, selected services, work ZIP code, language, permitted campaign attribution (UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), and evidence of the disclosures shown and your consent choices, including their version, language, wording and time. We use this information to review your application and contact you by email about it, next steps and launch availability. Marketing is optional: email marketing and promotional SMS each require your separate affirmative choice for that channel. Authorized Tellajob staff and CRM and communications service providers process this information on behalf of Tellajob, operated by Livora Ventures Inc. Any GoHighLevel (GHL) subaccount used must remain dedicated to this disclosed Tellajob purpose, not unrelated brands. Applicant details are private; applying does not create a public or verified Pro account. You can request access, correction or deletion at support@tellajob.com without an app account. The mobile-number and SMS-consent protections below remain unchanged.
Where information comes from
We receive information from you when you create or use an account, type in supported fields, post a job, submit or accept an offer, send a message, upload content, make a payment or contact us.
We also receive information from other users involved in a job or report, your browser or device, and providers that support login, hosting, communications, maps, identity checks, AI processing or payments. Information from a third-party login depends on the provider and permissions used.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate and secure accounts; display profiles, jobs and offers; connect Posters and Pros; support search, messaging and coordination; provide notifications; process and document transactions; review reports, refunds and disputes; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; maintain and improve the service; and meet legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use or sensitive information, that use requires the relevant consent. Other processing may be needed to perform requested services, comply with legal duties or pursue legitimate interests where the applicable law permits. You can contact us about the basis for processing or withdrawing a consent you provided.
What other users can see
Profile details, approved credential summaries, reviews, approximate location, job descriptions, budgets, offers and availability may be visible to other users according to the marketplace workflow. Share only information appropriate for that audience.
The Poster and selected Pro may receive additional information needed to coordinate and perform a job, such as messages and the service address. Authorized staff and service providers may also process relevant information for support, safety, moderation, mapping or transaction purposes.
Do not place unnecessary sensitive information in public descriptions, profiles, photos or messages. Another user may copy or retain information you share with them outside Tellajob’s control.
Identity checks and professional credentials
Where identity verification is required, Veriff collects the documents, images, technical information and other information presented in its verification process. Depending on that process, this can include identification-document data, a selfie and biometric information used to compare a face or assess liveness. The verification notice and any required consent explain the specific processing before it occurs.
Tellajob receives and retains information needed to manage the check, such as its reference, status, outcome, timing and review information. Authorized staff may access relevant verification evidence through the provider when necessary to review a case. This policy alone does not grant consent for biometric collection.
If you submit professional licenses or certifications, Tellajob processes the details and supporting documents you provide, including issuer, credential number, region, expiration and review records. Authorized staff may review those materials. Approved summaries can appear on a profile; supporting document images and credential numbers are not part of that public summary.
Read Veriff’s Privacy Notice for its processing, retention and request procedures. You can contact Tellajob about a verification-related privacy request.
AI-assisted features and content review
Tellajob uses automated tools and AI service providers to suggest job descriptions, improve search, screen written content and uploaded images, and help authorized staff review marketplace activity.
When you use supported job or search fields, text may be processed to provide suggestions while you type, before you publish it. Relevant content and account or activity information can also be processed to detect prohibited content, fraud or abuse and assist with moderation. Uploaded photos, including supporting credential images, may be screened.
We may retain screening results and limited supporting records and refer content to authorized staff for review. Automated results can be inaccurate; contact support to provide context or request review of a decision affecting your account or content. Avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for the feature.
Location, maps and voice typing
We process addresses you provide to support local discovery, service coordination and mapping. Approximate locations can be displayed while browsing; exact service addresses are used where needed for a specific job and the authorized people or providers involved.
If you choose Use my location, we process the device coordinates you authorize to help fill or locate an address. Map and geocoding providers, including Google, process relevant addresses or coordinates to return location or mapping results. You can enter an address manually instead and manage location permission in your device or browser settings.
Voice typing uses your browser or device’s speech-recognition service. Its provider may process audio under its own settings and privacy terms. You can type instead. This policy does not imply that microphone audio always stays on your device or that the app continuously tracks your location.
Payment information
Stripe processes card information entered through its payment flow. Payment or payout providers may also process bank, identity, tax and fraud-prevention information needed for a transaction under their own notices.
Tellajob can receive transaction references, amounts, status, payment-method type or limited digits, refund records and risk signals needed to operate and support the transaction. Do not send full card numbers, bank credentials or identity-document numbers through ordinary support email or job messages.
Device permissions and notifications
A feature may request permission for location, microphone, camera, photos or notifications when supported by your device or browser. Use the displayed controls to decide whether to allow access; you can manage or revoke permissions in the operating system or browser.
Disabling a permission can limit its related feature. Notification settings affect delivery of alerts, but do not prevent processing needed to operate or secure your account. Promotional communications, if offered, have the unsubscribe or consent choices required for those messages.
How long information is retained
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Account and profile records support the account; job, message, payment and dispute records support transactions and their resolution; verification, credential, moderation and security records support eligibility, safety and fraud prevention. Legal, tax and accounting duties may require some records to remain after an account closes.
We assess deletion requests and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed or when required by applicable law. Limited records can remain for unresolved transactions, disputes, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations and normal backup processes. Those reasons do not justify retaining all account information indefinitely.
Providers may maintain records required for their own legal or service obligations. Contact us for information about a retention decision involving your account.
Account and data deletion
To request deletion of your Tellajob account and associated personal information, email support@tellajob.com with the subject “Tellajob account deletion request,” or use the email link below. You can make this request without reinstalling the app or creating a new account.
Send the request from the account email when possible and include only enough information to identify the account, such as the account email and display name. We may request proportionate information to verify ownership and prevent fraudulent deletion. Never send a password, full card number, bank credential or government identification number.
We will respond and handle the request within the time required by applicable law, explain any permitted extension or refusal, and delete or de-identify information that does not need to be retained. We will address relevant service-provider records where required. Deletion is different from temporary deactivation.
An unresolved transaction or dispute can require retention of relevant records, but does not create a blanket or indefinite block on deletion. We will explain a material retention reason that applies to your request. A denial can be challenged using the review process below.

Your choices, privacy rights and appeals
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request confirmation of processing, access to or a copy of personal information, correction, deletion or portability. Applicable rights may also include withdrawal of consent and opting out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling decisions.
Email support@tellajob.com with the subject “Tellajob privacy request” and describe the right you want to exercise. An authorized representative may contact us where the law allows; proportionate identity and authority verification may be needed. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any permitted extension, limitation or refusal.
To request review or appeal a denial, email the same address with the subject “Tellajob privacy appeal,” identify the original request and explain the concern. We will review it and provide the response and information about further complaint options required by applicable law. You may also contact the competent privacy regulator or attorney general.
We do not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising privacy rights. Some information is needed to provide a requested service; deleting it or withdrawing a necessary permission can make that service unavailable.

Mobile numbers and text messages
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
We use your mobile number to send the account and job messages you opted in to, to verify your phone and to protect accounts. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information in light of the service and risks involved. No internet service, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Adults only
Tellajob is directed to adults and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
International processing
Tellajob and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live, where privacy laws can differ. Where applicable law requires transfer protections, the relevant processing must use those protections. Contact support@tellajob.com for information about your information or applicable transfer safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date, and additional notice or consent will be provided when required by law.
